All the services of the house are for exclusive use and are not shared with anyone else.

That’s right, our customers can use it whenever they want, always respecting the facilities.

The check-in time is at 16:00 and the check-out at 12:00, conditioned with the entrances and exits of the groups. We have the option to delay the departure until 21:00, it can be hired when making the reservation.

We have ground coffee maker with filter.

Each guest has a set of sheets and towels.

We have the calendar updated and synchronized with a management program, every hour.

We are in plaza Libertad, in the heart of the town, surrounded by neighbors.

Farewells as such are not allowed. If you are looking for a house where you can spend a farewell weekend, to live together, relax and rest from the party you can do in Salamanca, we can talk.

The house, is thought, designed and built for the relaxation, rest and enjoyment of our customers, we ask basic rules of civics to the clients of the rural house.

You can do it through any of the portals that you have seen us, if you send us an email with your data, we will manage it directly, avoiding errors of the intermediaries.
